These terms govern bookings made with Valet Lavage, a mobile car wash service operated by Riyaadah Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa under registration number 2026/454784/07, with its registered office at 5 Nathaniel Isaacs Crescent, North Beach, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, 4001. We are referred to here as “we”, “us” or “Valet Lavage”. By booking with us you agree to these terms.
What we do
We provide a mobile car wash and valet service. Our main service is the Full House: an exterior wash and shine together with a full interior clean. It is priced per vehicle by size, currently R150 for a hatchback, R200 for a sedan and R250 for an SUV or bakkie as an opening special. Add-on services such as headlight restoration or a deep interior clean are arranged and priced separately. We operate as a fully self-contained unit, bringing our own water and equipment.
Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Payment is made by card through our payment provider, Paystack, on their secure page.
- The price shown at checkout is the service price for your chosen vehicle, multiplied by the number of vehicles, plus any call-out fee based on distance.
- Call-out is free within 10 km of our base in North Beach. Beyond that a fee applies by distance (R60 up to 15 km, R120 up to 20 km, R200 up to 30 km, and by quotation beyond 30 km). Where we cannot measure the distance automatically, the fee is agreed with you on WhatsApp before we proceed.
- For bookings of three or more vehicles at one location, we ask you to submit the request and allow us to confirm availability and final pricing with you personally.
Access and what we need from you
You do not need to remain present for the whole service. We do need reliable access to the vehicle, and to the keys where an interior clean has been booked. Any gate, complex or estate access must be arranged before we arrive. Please remove valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle beforehand. We will let you know once the vehicle is finished.
Cancellations, no-shows and access failures
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking. A late cancellation, a no-show, or a situation where we arrive and cannot access the vehicle may result in the booking payment being forfeited, or a rescheduling fee being charged.
Weather
If weather conditions prevent us from completing the service safely or to a proper standard, we will move your booking to the next suitable slot at no additional charge. Where you have a suitable covered area, we may be able to proceed.
Loyalty
After ten qualifying paid Full House washes, your eleventh qualifying standard wash is free. Progress is tracked automatically against your phone number. The free reward is equivalent to a standard Full House for your vehicle. Add-ons and specialised services are excluded from the reward.
Our care and responsibility
We take reasonable care with every vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults, and we may decline to work on an area where cleaning could worsen an existing problem. If you believe we have caused damage, please raise it with us at the time or immediately after the service so we can inspect and resolve it fairly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your booking.
